Factory Five Customer Dale A. Wins Three Times!

Huge congratulations to Factory Five customer Dale A. who scored gold at the 2016 World of Wheels show in Birmingham, AL!  Dale’s car won “Best in Class” AND the O’Reily Auto Parts Choice Award for the show.  The car was also featured on the news and on AL.com’s Top 15 “Must See” cars of the World of Wheels.

AL.com featured Dale’s car in the Top 15 “Must See” Cars at the show.

Dale’s car is a real driver.  Built with a 306 Ford small block with Trick Flow intake and misc. engine go-fast goodies.  The metallic blue and silver paint was laid down by the boys at Whitby Motorcars.  The modern Ford rims and Autometer gauges round out the performance-driver theme.

Maybe I’m getting old and I know it’s cool when your car gets a lot of attention, but my first thought was to ask these pretty girls to get out of the way so I could see the car.

Dale’s car is also slated to serve display window duty at the Summit Racing warehouse!  I met Dale down at the Emerald Coast Cruz-In in Panama City Beach, FL. last year right after SEMA, and I hope to see him and his girl Blanda at next year’s show.

Congratulations Dale!  The car looks great and the rest of the world agrees with me.
