2016 Kicks Off with a Great Show & Event Plan!

These are the car shows and special events that we will be attending as a company this year. We hope to see you at one of these events. Please note that our annual summer Open House is usually the second Saturday in June, but this year, it is the first Saturday, June 4th. Also, the show and event plan does can change slightly as the year goes by and we add events.

Factory Five Winter Open House, a.k.a. “Moochfest” – Saturday, February 13, Wareham, MA

Texas Cobra Club Spring Meet – March 30th – April 3rd, San Marcos, TX

Huntington Beach Cruise-In – April 30th, Huntington Beach, CA

2016 SEMA Show – November 1st – 4th, Las Vegas, NV

Barrett Jackson in Palm Beach, FL and the Miranda Faith Foundation Car Show in Brunswick, GA are tentative at this time.

Paul H. and his Mk4 Earn 2nd Place at Spokane Speed!

Customer Paul H. from Spokane, WA took home 2nd Place in the Handbuilt Sports Car Class at this year’s Spokane Speed and Custom Car Show! Paul purchased his Mk4 Roadster (chassis #9847) in June 2020, and built the car with his son after attending the Factory Five Build School at Mott Community College. They built the Mk4 with a 5.0 Coyote from a 2013 F150, Trememc 2650, IRS, 17″ Halibrand wheels, vinyl dash with glovebox, leather seats, and vintage gauges. Mk4 Customers Chris and Wendy D. Visit Factory Five

It was a pleasure to host Mk4 Chris and Wendy D. from Navarre. FL at Factory Five this week! Chris built a Mk4 Roadster the other year, and was also featured in Coastal Lifestyle Magazine. Westley B. Graduates his Type 65 Coupe Build!

Congratulations to Factory Five customer Westley B. from Virginia on graduating his Gen 3 Type 65 Coupe build! Westley received his Coupe kit in late Summer 2024, and said it was a fun journey. Westley installed a Scott Shafiroff 427ci small block Ford in his Type 65 Coupe along with options like hydraulic clutch, IRS, power steering, GPS vintage gauges, low back race vintage race seats, powder coated frame, Wilwood brakes, wipers, A/C-heater, side windows, front and rear sway bars, floormats, seat track, and polished side view mirror.
