FFR ‘33 Earns Top 10 at Barrett-Jackson Northeast!

BestProducts.com named the Factory Five ’33 Hot Rod built by the crew at Tasca Ford as one of “The 10 Rarest and Fastest Cars Headed for Barrett-Jackson Northeast”!

The Tasca-built Hot Rod has been driven by Funny Car drag racer Bob Tasca and also John Force.  The car has a supercharged 625 HP Ford Racing 5.0L engine.  The car was shown at SEMA 2010 in the Ford Racing booth, and is now being auctioned at the 2016 Barrett-Jackson Northeast event. Day 1 report from Barrett-Jackson is that they sold out the event with more 17,000 ticket sales!  The impressive thing about that number is that it is on a Thursday and not on Friday or Saturday when the most traffic is expected.

Unfortunately our plow crew was late, and the day dawned with 3-4′ drifts in the back parking lot! We will be at work and at full strength tomorrow. Sorry for any difficulties this may cause. Three Generations Embark on a Type 65 Coupe Dream Build

Dave Ryan’s Type 65 Coupe build is moving right along—and it’s become something even bigger along the way. That curiosity for how things work turned into a lifetime of mechanical enthusiasm, passed down through generations and now culminating in Dave’s Type 65 Coupe build, which is a…
