Grassroots Motorsports Magazine 818S Build Article #7!

The October issue of Grassroots Motorsports (on newsstands now) features part 7 of their excellent 818S build series articles. In this article, the car built at Wayne Presley’s Very Cool Parts garage ends up on the ground and running.

The basic build is completed by the crew, but the Grassroots Motorsports Factory Five Rcing 818S project is far from over. The next article will include handling, performance, and using the car as a daily driver.

Peter D. Graduates Mk5 Build for Son Scott’s Wedding

Factory Five customer Peter D. from Pfafftown, NC and his son Scott started to put thier Mk5 Roadster plans together early in Fall 2025. Rob M. Reaches First Start Milestone!

There’s many milestones when building a Factory Five including getting the kit in your garage, making it a roller, engine install, and of course, graduating the build.
