Hot Rod Magazine Features Gen 3 Coupe!

Hot Rod Magazine’s Brandan Gilloly writes a nice article about our newest Factory Five, the Gen 3 Type 65 Coupe in the August 2017 issue of Hot Rod Magazine on newsstands now.

“…a lower center of gravity, a flat floor, improved aerodynamics, easier exhaust routing, and room for a larger fuel cell. All that and it’s still light, with a road-ready car tipping in at only 2,350 lbs.!”

The car tested was our prototype chassis. Production began in January of this year, and we have already shipped about 25 of the new design. A few months ago, we introduced the race version chassis, and our street demo car #001 will be making the show and event circuits this summer and headlining our SEMA 2017 display.
