Hot Rod Magazine Profiles Gen 3 Coupe

Hot Rod Magazine online profiles the all-new Gen 3 Daytona Coupe replica! Hot Rod’s Brandon Gillogly did some awesome camera work as we drove in the California high desert. Hot Rod Magazine’s online section has a good overview article with a larger one coming out in the print magazine in a few months.

At the end of January, I traveled out west with the Factory Five show truck to attend the 2017 Grand National Roadster Show and also to do some driving and photo work of our new Gen 3 Coupe with Hot Rod Magazine. The photos came out great and the new car sits just right.

The high desert near Pearblossom, California has plenty of beautiful and empty roads perfect for driving/testing.

We spent about 5 hours doing the shoot and driving the car. Afterwards, we loaded up the truck and headed back to New England.

Ron L. Graduates His Type 65 Coupe Build!

Congratulations to customer Ron L. from Port St. Lucie, FL on completing his third Factory Five build – a Gen 3 Type 65 Coupe! Ron has previously built a Mk4 Roadster and a ’35 Hot Rod Truck. The Bostrom’s Mk4 Shines at First Car Show!

“This is a lifetime dream come true for me!” John exclaims as he shares the news of graduating Mk4 Roadster build and attending his first car show with the completed car earlier this month.
