Rob D. earns July’s POM with his Factory Five Type 65 Coupe-R. Shot at High Plains Raceway near Denver, Rob says: “It took five years and a whole lot of learning, but it was unforgettable. And yes, I kind of want to do it all over again… if my wife lets me.”

“I built a Factory Five Type 65 Coupe-R—a modern replica of the iconic 1965 Daytona Coupe. It took five years and a whole lot of learning, but was an unforgettable journey. Special thanks to Phil & Rhett (  / 3rracing  ) for their technical assistance and Zach, for the incredible paint job. I would love to do another at some point.”

We look forward to hearing more about Rob’s Coupe on the track and his future build projects!

Congratulations to customer Mark S. on graduating his Mk4 Roadster build! Mark came for a tour of Factory Five in March 2020 to meet Dave Smith and the team. I made the call to scrub FFR operations for the day. The drive in wasn’t bad, and most roads are clear.
