SEMA 2023: Its a Wrap!

The 2023 SEMA Show closes today, and was a great success for the crew and customers of Factory Five Racing! Obviously, the focus was on our new XTF Pre-Runner Truck kit. It was fun showing three different build versions, and we anticipate a good number of orders and builds to come from this debut.

Scorpion EV Wins Best Engineered Vehicle with their EV-powered Factory Five Mk4!

Huge news comes from our partners at Scorpion EV who were awarded “Best Engineered Vehicle of the Year” for their Factory Five EV-powered car! We’re all super proud of Bill Cardoso and his team.

The Factory Five big rig heads home after the show, and will drop off the beautiful Austin Hatcher white Mk4 in Tennessee on the way home. Our carbon fiber bodies black XTF Truck will be heading to Los Angeles for the Power Tour West this December (more on that to come).

Congratulations to Bill Cardoso, Karen Salvaggio, and the Scorpion EV team on their “Best Engineered Vehicle of the Year” award at SEMA 2023!

Mark Dougherty a.k.a. The Traveling Builder, Mark Houlahan from Speedway, and Brendan Dougherty from Battalion Motorsports

SEMA is a great place to reconnect with old friends. Mark, Jo Coddington, and Factory Five’s Jim Schenck.

Factory Five customers Kevin and Kimberly Cox traveled out from New England, here with Joey Logano.

After the SEMA Show concluded, customer John K. and his son Simon drove about 30 minutes outside of Las Vegas to test their XTF out in the Nevada Desert. Click here to view the full gallery.

As we load up our trailers to head back home today, the summary of the 2023 SEMA Show is that that automotive aftermarket is doing just fine. There are a huge number of new technologies that are being developed by SEMA members, and the automotive industry still stops to take notice of the real innovations that come from our industry.
