Episode 4 of Snap-On Tools’ Factory Five Gen 3 Coupe-R Build is Live!

This past March, we built an all-new Gen 3 Type 65 Coupe-R with the crew from Snap-On Tools here at Factory Five. The build was for their show “From the Ground-Up” and features our new Coupe along with Ford’s awesome new 5.2L Aluminator 52XS 580 HP crate engine based on the Voodoo engine, but with a conventional cross plane crank. Check out episode 1 below where they kick-off the build. A new installment in the four-part series debuts over the next few weeks on Thursday.

Congratulations to customer Mark S. on graduating his Mk4 Roadster build! Mark came for a tour of Factory Five in March 2020 to meet Dave Smith and the team. I made the call to scrub FFR operations for the day. The drive in wasn’t bad, and most roads are clear.
