We love seeing how our customers push the limits of their Factory Five builds, and the team at Hurrey’s Performance has done exactly that!

This build started as a personal project for Dan’s father-in-law, Richard. Dan said he’d assist in the order and build it under one condition: that he have full control over the drivetrain and key components! The result is a wild evolution of the Factory Five platform, with custom touches and refinement.

The car first debuted at SEMA 2021, but the team wasn’t satisfied. Paint and interior weren’t up to their standards, and the drivetrain was still running a factory Dodge Charger harness. After a year at upholstery and two more in paint and body, the car returned to Hurrey’s Performance for its final transformation.
Here’s what makes this build stand out:
- Fully rewired using a Hellcrate harness, Hellcrate ECU, and a Haltech digital dash
- Android tablet for onboard interface and an SPOD controller managing all lighting
- Interior features a partial carbon fiber dash trimmed in Italian leather, Sparco carbon/leather seats, and a suede Sparco steering wheel
- 2018 Dodge Charger drivetrain, factory 8-speed transmission, and standalone ECU from Sound German Automotive
- Mishimoto cooling systems for the supercharger, transmission, and radiator
- Custom driveshaft by Adam’s Driveshafts
- Upgraded DW injectors and mild tuning updates
- Fifteen52 wheels, Morimoto headlights, AEM fuel pumps, Radium filters and fuel regulator
- Modified Air Lift Performance suspension
- Custom intake system
- Wilwood brakes front and rear
- Moser 8.8 rear end with a Wavetrac differential

Dan and his father-in-law have pushed this car to meet their specifications, and it looks awesome! Huge thanks to Hurrey’s Performance for taking the time to make this one a true showcase of what’s possible.

If you’re building your own Factory Five, we’d love to see it! Tag us, message us, or send photos our way. You never know, your project might be the next one featured here.
