Street Legal TV Profiles Factory Five Customer Scott L.’s Mk4 Build!

Factory Five customer Scott L. from Uniontown, Ohio graduated his Mk4 Roadster last month on The Factory Five Forum, and this month his build is profiled on Street Legal TV!

Scott received his kit in June last year and officially called his build complete at the end of last month. He used a Ford Racing 535hp 427, Tremec TKO 600, and the Factory Five 3-link rear suspension.

“This MK4 build is a great testament to anyone who has ever considered building their own kit car,” writes Power Automedia writer Michael Harding, “and just proves that it can be done in your own garage.”

Donny N. Builds Two Factory Fives

In 2020, customer Donny N. from Georgia started his Factory Five Mk4 Roadster build with his wife and kids. 4 years and 3 months later, they started work on their next Factory Five project, a Type 65 Coupe! “My first build was a MK4 Roadster powered by a Coyote Gen 2 with a TKO600, IRS, and Wilwood brakes,” wrote Donny N. “This time, I built a Type 65 Coupe with a Gen 3 Coyote, T56 transmission, IRS, and Wilwood brakes.” Check out this reel of Donny’s two Factory Five builds with his family.

Factory Fives Take 1st & 2nd at Chicago World of Wheels!

Factory Five customers Jason H. and Pat S. were awarded 1st and 2nd Place at the World of Wheels Chicago event this year!
