Check Out Photos of Factory Five Customer Pedro R.'s Mk3 Roadster

I met Pedro at our 2009 Factory Five Racing Open House.  Pedro and his wife had traveled to Factory Five from the Minneapolis, MN, and were planning on building a car in the Dominican Republic!  After the Open House, I invited them to dinner at my house with some Factory Five customers who became friends.

Pedro built his car, and has been tearing up the streets ever since.  The first video I ever got from him was in 2010 where he drag raced his car in go-kart form at a local Sant0 Domingo track running 10s!!!  He also filmed a really cool video of him and his wife cruising the Formula 1 circuit for the Red Bull Formula 1 race that same year.

Just the other day, I got these beautiful photos of Pedro’s car.  The photos were taken by pro-photographer John McFarlane.  Check out the photos below and the awesome video from the Formula 1 race. Congratulations, Pedro on a great car and an even better story.

Jesse L. Scores Autocross Top Time of Day in Mk4!

Like so many of us, Jesse L. has been thinking of owning a AC Cobra since he was young. His dream became a reality in February 2025 when he purchased his Factory Five Mk4 Roadster kit to start building with his daughter, Claire. Jesse tells the story better than we could, so we’ll let him take it from here: “This idea of getting an AC Cobra started, like I am sure many people do, with an adolescent idea,” said… Read More »
