Factory Five 818 Customer Andrew M. Helps Kids with Cystic Fibrosis

I met Andrew M. a while back, and today he visited from Georgia to check the 818 that is now in production and his kit that is shipping in a few weeks. Andrew started following Factory Five when he was in high school back in 2000. He has become a big part of the Factory Five community online, and now that he is building an 818, he is part of a new generation of Factory Five builders.

On his way out of the door, he surprised me with a significant donation to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation on behalf of my daughter Jen and other kids with CF. Thanks Andrew for the generosity, and thanks for your support!

Paul H. and his Mk4 Earn 2nd Place at Spokane Speed!

Customer Paul H. from Spokane, WA took home 2nd Place in the Handbuilt Sports Car Class at this year’s Spokane Speed and Custom Car Show! Paul purchased his Mk4 Roadster (chassis #9847) in June 2020, and built the car with his son after attending the Factory Five Build School at Mott Community College. They built the Mk4 with a 5.0 Coyote from a 2013 F150, Trememc 2650, IRS, 17″ Halibrand wheels, vinyl dash with glovebox, leather seats, and vintage gauges.
