Factory Five President Dave Smith and customer Craig West on a perfect New England day.
Factory Five is full of great stories, and this is one of them. Craig brought his new bride, Terry, here in July of 2002 when we had just moved into the new building. Last January, Craig finally was able to purchase a Mk4 Roadster and he had it built in four months!
This afternoon, Craig stopped by with his Gun Metal Gray Metallic Mk4 Roadster. I pulled my red Mk4 Roadster out for some quick pictures. Huge congrats to Craig and it was a fun afternoon seeing your craftsmanship. Craig’s car is FFR7428 and is powered by a 1994 5.0L fuel-injected engine, 3-link rear suspension, and 17″ Factory Five Halibrand wheels.
Mk4s are getting finished more and more these days.
Craig drove out to the Cape on business with his "commuter car".
