FFR Customer Ray McEdwards Makes Us Proud

I love telling folks about the amazing people in the FFR community and Ray is one of the best. The other day I received some checks made out to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, on behalf of my daughter Jenny from Ray and his wife Jodi.

Ray has been a dear friend of Factory Five for many years. I met him and his wife Jodi here at FFR about 8 years ago and we’ve stayed in touch ever since.

Ray is retired State Police and he built FFR 3291K. He has helped me and so many customers over the years that is impossible to keep track! A charity check in the mail out of the blue is just the latest from this guy who is such a great example of everything that is good about Americans.

Thanks Ray. See you in Huntington Beach!

Paul H. and his Mk4 Earn 2nd Place at Spokane Speed!

Customer Paul H. from Spokane, WA took home 2nd Place in the Handbuilt Sports Car Class at this year’s Spokane Speed and Custom Car Show! Paul purchased his Mk4 Roadster (chassis #9847) in June 2020, and built the car with his son after attending the Factory Five Build School at Mott Community College. They built the Mk4 with a 5.0 Coyote from a 2013 F150, Trememc 2650, IRS, 17″ Halibrand wheels, vinyl dash with glovebox, leather seats, and vintage gauges. Mk4 Customers Chris and Wendy D. Visit Factory Five

It was a pleasure to host Mk4 Chris and Wendy D. from Navarre. FL at Factory Five this week! Chris built a Mk4 Roadster the other year, and was also featured in Coastal Lifestyle Magazine.
